lender.nyc is read by people working out how borrowing in New York City actually works — buyers facing a co-op board, investors pricing a five-borough flip, owners looking at a CEMA refinance. If your firm lends here, a Featured placement puts you at the top of the section they are already reading.
What a Featured placement is
- Your listing sorts to the top of its directory section and of any segment page it appears on.
- It carries a persistent “Featured — Advertisement” label everywhere it appears. This is not negotiable and not removable.

What it is not
This is the part most lenders want in writing, so here it is in writing.
- It is a flat advertising fee. A fixed amount for a fixed period, at market value for the placement. We do not charge per lead, per referral, per application, or per closed loan, on any product, ever. That is a deliberate RESPA §8 position and we will not make an exception for a bigger cheque.
- It does not buy editorial copy. What we write about your firm is what your own public site says, sourced and dated. Paying changes your position on the page and nothing else. We will not write that you are the best, the fastest, or the cheapest, because we do not know that and neither does anyone else.
- It does not buy leads. We collect no borrower information, we run no forms, and there is nothing for us to pass on. Readers click through to your own site and enter your own process, on your own terms. If you are shopping for a lead vendor, we are not one.
- It does not buy silence. If your public site changes, the entry changes. If a fact is wrong, we fix it toward accuracy, not toward flattery.
Being listed for free
Most of the directory is unpaid. We research firms and write entries from their public sites; nobody is charged to appear, and no free listing is ever removed to make room for a paid one. If your firm is missing and lends in the five boroughs, tell us and we will look at adding it — at no cost, with no obligation, and no advertising conversation attached.

Placement pricing depends on the section and the term. Email us with your firm name, your website, the sections you lend in, and how long you are thinking about, and we will send the rate card and the terms.
We reply from a person, not a funnel. There is no form on this page and there is no form anywhere on this site — lender.nyc is a publisher, not a lender, mortgage broker, or lead generator, and we intend to stay one.
